“I put $5 in the vending machine and it wouldn’t work and kept my money. The person working at the desk told me she couldn’t help me and I needed to call the number on the machine. There was no phone number on the machine. After several trips up and down, she finally called me with a 1-800 number. Very disappointing she couldn’t refund my money and contact the vending company or just give me something from there concession area.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The area felt very safe, and we liked the variety of food options close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Would have liked someplace to hang clothes. The complimentary breakfast was limited but good. The pool and hot tub were clean, but not the safest. The steps into the pool have no traction and we're very slippery and the last step into the hot tub is very steep and unexpected. Both are a fall risk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would...
