“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. “Our room was great! Large open room, with spacious bathroom. Beautiful view, very clean. Great bar downstairs. Valet parking was overpriced at $58 a day (weekend night). Only two elevators worked on Sunday morning at check out time. We were on the 19th floor. It was very crowded and chaotic. ”

“I liked having onsite dining options and multiply types of entertainment activities, pool hours, friendly accomodating staff and beautiful place. I didnt like no microwaves in the rooms, no strollers to rent for smaller children. Although the pool was 4 ft, no swimming area for smaller children. No motorized scooters or wheelchairs.”

“It’s a beautiful property that was showing my son’s feature film in their theatre which was amazing! The only downside was the cranes and construction across the street from the pool which was loud but unavoidable!”
